ResBiotic® is a team of scientists, physicians, and DTC innovators pioneering microbiome supplements that restore whole body health. Founded in 2021 by Dr. C Vivek Lal, MD FAAP, the company is rooted in over a decade of clinical research at the intersection of human microbiome science and health.
The Role:
ResBiotic is looking for a full-time Brand Manager to oversee the company’s marketing strategy across all key sales funnels, including social and community engagement, email/SMS campaigns, brand partnerships, and affiliate/influencer marketing.
You will conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, and implement strategic plans. The Brand Manager will lead performance benchmarking and tracking while remaining responsible for the company’s e-Comm and communications campaign strategies and overall branding and image consistency. You will bring together the various aspects of brand storytelling, including the work of marketing, community, e-commerce (including SEO), PR, and creative, in partnership with our various agency partners and fellow team members.

The Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for ResBiotic, including new and existing products for optimal growth.
- Oversee the strategy and implementation behind email and SMS flows/campaigns.
- Develop the social media and content calendars, content (copy/visuals) that align with overall marketing and communications strategy to drive growth, awareness, and engagement
- Monitor trending topics to discover shareable content and/or engage in conversations.
- Liase with brand partners to plan and launch giveaways and event promotions.
- Ensure brand tone of voice and images are thoughtfully expressed across social channels.
- Review PR briefs and support PR gifting and seeding with influencer and brand partnerships through partner agencies.
- Manage and track the performance of an SEO strategy while reviewing content development.
- Oversee and approve UGC development and implementation with a partner agency.
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget.
